Scirocco-Powell was an American Formula One team. He competed in the 1963 and 1964 seasons, with Tony Settember, Ian Burgess and André Pilette as drivers, not achieving expressive results.
Mexican Pedro Rodríguez also guided by Scirocco-Powell, in the 1963 BRDC International Trophy, an extra-championship stage that was not part of the F-1 season.
