ADELAIDE ALIVE

"Adelaide Alive" was the name given to the celebrations of the first f1 race to be held in Australia in 1985. The race marked the 50th running of the Australian GP, and the first sanctioned F1 World Championship event in Australia. The race was held in Adelaide on a street circuit laid out specifically for the debut of F1 down under.

The event was a success and became known as a registered trademark for racing in the city of Adelaide until 1995.
