The Arrows A4 was a Formula 1 car that made its debut at the 1982 South Africa Grand Prix driven by Brian Henton and Mauro Baldi, without being able to qualify for the race. Designed by Dave Wass it was driven by the Ford Cosworth engine, mounted on an aluminum monocoque. Equipped with the Hewland FGA400 gearbox and Pirelli tires, it was not particularly bright on the track.

Entered in 15 races during the 1982 championship, she scored 5 points resulting from a fifth place (GP of Canada) with Marc Surer and three sixth places, two with Mauro Baldi and one still with Surer.
