PARIS-DAKAR 1982 - HONDA XR550 - Unisex t-shirt
Honda's victory at the 1982 Paris-Dakar marked the debut of an official team made up of four French riders: the winner Cyril Neveu, Philippe Vassard, 2nd, Bernard Rigoni, 7th and Patrick Drobecq who was forced to abandon the race.
Winning 1st and 2nd place at the Paris-Dakar 1982 proved not only the excellent performance of the XR 500R but also the superior reliability of the Hondas, which at the start represented 20% of the total number of registered bikes, while at the finish, the “survivors” ” more than 30% were Honda.
