Nava was an Italian company producing helmets and accessories for motorcycles. Its logo consisted of the four letters of the word "nava", in fancy cursive lettering, surmounted by a stick figure, enclosed in a rounded square at the corners. In the 1980s, some drivers on the F1 grid wore NAVA helmets, including Riccardo Patrese, Nelson Piquet, Eddie Cheever and Mario Andretti.
